Welfare and Discipline Matters 1) To ensure the safety and security of the children at all times and to bring to the attention of the senior staff any matters concerning the wellbeing of the children. 2) To provide the necessary support and pastoral care for pupils inside and outside the classroom. D. Extra-Curricular Activities 1) Take part actively in the outdoor learning CCA programme, providing suitable activities and good interactive opportunities. E. Personal Development 1) Participate in the annual Professional Performance Review. 2) Participate in School-wide Inset initiatives. 3) Seek INSET opportunities that may arise from the Appraisal process, including pathways to higher qualifications. 4) Seek advice from line managers with regard to professional development and career paths. 5) Take full responsibility for areas that may be reviewed in a full School audit.
