一、崗位職責(zé)：
1、為學(xué)員提供游泳技術(shù)指導(dǎo)和訓(xùn)練，幫助學(xué)員掌握正確的游泳姿勢和技巧；
2、帶領(lǐng)學(xué)員進行熱身活動，指導(dǎo)學(xué)員穿戴防護裝備；
3、課前準備教案，課程結(jié)束后對上課狀況總結(jié)整理，并做好回訪。保證授課質(zhì)量并傳遞品牌形象;
4、負責(zé)泳池、游泳設(shè)備的維護及管理;
5、完成門店店長及公司安排的其它工作。
二、任職要求：
1、體育學(xué)院畢業(yè)或相關(guān)專業(yè)，接受應(yīng)屆生，接受小白，需要有游泳的相關(guān)證書。
2、受過教育學(xué)、學(xué)前兒童心理學(xué)等方面的培訓(xùn)優(yōu)先考慮。
3、身體健康，形象佳，有較強的溝通能力上課能力應(yīng)變能力以及良好的團隊合作精神，無不良嗜好。
4、持有雙證優(yōu)先考慮，國職教練證、救生員證 ；經(jīng)驗豐富者，教過0-6歲孩子游泳兩年以上經(jīng)驗者，雙證可放寬要求。
5、熱愛早教事業(yè)并愿意長期發(fā)展，喜歡孩子、有親和力、有耐心。
6、為人踏實穩(wěn)重，有服務(wù)意識，能夠承受較強的工作壓力。
