MISSION:
In the domains of EP* and Security
- To support the EP Non-Industry Time Zone in order to manage the EP and Security domain among the China Region Non-Industry activity**.
- To ensure the correct application and efficiency of the region's EP compliance among Non-Industry activity.
- To be the technical referent of the domain in the region.
*EP = Safety, Environmental, Hygiene, Ergonomics and Fire prevention
**China Region Non-Industry = Head office, Tyre Plus, Warehouse Logistics and Distribution center activities.
Main responsibilities,
The domain of EP and Security are managed and developed on the site:
* The guarantee of the site's compliance with internal regulations and requirements is controlled.
* Monitoring, Gap analyses and propose the optimize action to fulfill the internal regulations and requirement as need.
* Implement and follow up an action as well as cooperate with Government inspector as their request
* Conduct Risk Analyses and define action plan for Non-Industry activity to mitigate the remain risk relevant to Michelin Standard and regulation requirements
* Drive the key safety performance for routine operation by
* Conduct the root cause analysis in case of accident.
* Report the accident case to the HSER application. And share with concern people among China region.
* Reporting and monitoring the working *** hour according to Michelin standard to ensure the accuracy of the data and respect timeline of response.
* The EP Non-industry Specialist is the leader in his/ her domain in terms of EP daily management and annual review for:
* EP Training,
* EP Work instruction,
* EP culture promotion,
* Site audit/ inspection refer to regulation required with recommend the corrective actions
* Waste management for Tyre Plus activity,
* Emergency Procedure and drill exercise.
* In the context of new facility rented agreement, the purchase of new machines, technical transformations of equipment, the position of the EP Non-Industry Specialist is defined with EP time zone to provide recommendation.
* The EP Non-industry Specialist is the leader in Security of CHN Head office in terms of Security daily management.
Qualification required,
* Bachelor or above, majored in Safety Engineer, Fire Prevention Engineer, or equivalent.
* Knowledge of local and/or state safety, Fire prevention and environmental regulations.
* Solid incident/accident and risk/hazard identification and investigation experience.
* Good observation and auditing skills.
* Experience 1-2 years above in Safety or Fire Prevention work filed.
· Good communication skills in Mandarin and English.

任職資格:
必備經(jīng)驗(yàn):
1.8年以上物流管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),兼具甲方物流部門及3PL工作背景,熟悉雙方協(xié)作模式及痛點(diǎn);
2.具備供應(yīng)商全鏈路管理實(shí)操經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括合同談判、成本控制及KPI體系搭建。
核心能力:
1.精通物流市場(chǎng)及成本結(jié)構(gòu),具備數(shù)據(jù)敏感度及分析能力(熟練使用Excel等工具);
