position description: 1. the offering team manager (otm) is an exciting leadership position combines the creativity of developing computer products with the entrepreneurial experience of running a small business. 2. the otm leads a cross function team and is responsible for driving the end-to-end product development execution, actively managing supporting functional groups and making day-to-day tradeoff decisions based on customer value, cost, expense and resources. 3. the otm acts as the voice of the program and represents the project team in presenting project status and formal checkpoint exit results to the senior executive committee. position requirements: a) leverage marketing requirements, technology capabilities, launch, cost, price and business objective requirements to optimize the product definition. b) create the end-to-end project master schedule, resource plan and budget with multiple functional team input. c) commit product definition, cost and quality, project expense and schedule to meet business objectives and customer satisfaction d) track and manage the comprehensive and transparent project expenses. drive the execution by ensuring the compliance of all project milestones and key documents such as marketing requirement document, offering definition and id etc. e) ensure the staffing of the offering team and lead cross- functional, global offering team to execute offering processes, deliver tasks and project targets on time. f) make tradeoff decisions on project budget and timeline, product and project design as well as development plan and risk approach (e.g., judgment of product change request) g) drive teams with the strong leadership for achieving and delivering project objectives h) mentor to develop employees and provide 360 feedback to functional manager for employee evaluations minimum qualification: a) 5+ years experience managing projects in consumer electronics, computer hardware, or operations. b) broad understanding of pc technologies. c) strong technical, strategic and commercial skills required to deliver new products d) strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and influence senior leadership

崗位職責(zé):
1、負(fù)責(zé)內(nèi)部小核酸項(xiàng)目的立項(xiàng)工作,包括項(xiàng)目規(guī)劃、目標(biāo)設(shè)定和資源配置。
2、管理立項(xiàng)后的項(xiàng)目,確保項(xiàng)目按照既定目標(biāo)和時(shí)間表順利進(jìn)行。
3、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)跨部門團(tuán)隊(duì),協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源,推動(dòng)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)展。
4、跟蹤最新的小核酸研究進(jìn)展,為項(xiàng)目提供科學(xué)指導(dǎo)和創(chuàng)新思路。
崗位要求:
1、擁有生物學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的博士學(xué)位。
2、至少10年的藥物研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),包含至少5年的小核酸藥物(siRNA, ASO)研發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn),包括項(xiàng)目管理和團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)。
3、熟悉小核酸藥物的設(shè)計(jì)、合成和生物學(xué)評(píng)估。
4、有成功負(fù)責(zé)并推進(jìn)至少一項(xiàng)小核酸項(xiàng)目至臨床階段的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
5、具備出色的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力、溝通能力和解決問(wèn)題的能力。
6、品行端正,具有吃苦耐勞的精神,能夠在高壓環(huán)境下保持積極和專注。
