1、入職后需完成18個(gè)月以?xún)?nèi)的前、中臺(tái)復(fù)合輪崗歷練,包括臨柜鍛煉、營(yíng)銷(xiāo)實(shí)踐、管理見(jiàn)習(xí)等學(xué)習(xí)實(shí)踐任務(wù),熟悉不同類(lèi)別客戶(hù)的需求和我行各業(yè)務(wù)板塊戰(zhàn)略、產(chǎn)品及經(jīng)營(yíng)模式。
2、輪崗期間實(shí)行嚴(yán)格的考核、管理機(jī)制,輪崗期結(jié)束后根據(jù)培養(yǎng)情況雙選定崗。

任職資格 :
1、本科或以上學(xué)歷,專(zhuān)業(yè)不限,經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)等專(zhuān)業(yè)或復(fù)合知識(shí)背景優(yōu)先。
2、對(duì)金融行業(yè)感興趣、有金融相關(guān)實(shí)習(xí)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
